Prompt Vault provides a secure storage solution for prompts, allowing users to store their prompts in a secure and private environment. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By storing prompts or any other content in Prompt Vault, you represent that you have the right to do so and that such content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content you store within the Service.
We do not claim ownership of any content that you submit to the Service, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to use the Service, or $100 if no payment has been made.
You agree to indemnify and hold Prompt Vault, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
